Patrick O'Donnell

Patrick brings nearly 20 years of expertise in customer experience and marketing and is a best-selling author on the subject. He started and grew an internet marketing franchise to be #1 in sales in the United States before he sold it.

Patrick went on to work as VP of Marketing with an 8-figure real estate firm. During his five-year tenure, the firm more than tripled its annual revenue and became #1 in its competitive niche market.

As Managing Director and Partner of an Atlanta-based marketing agency, he and his team created numerous customer experience and marketing campaigns. This included everything from putting small businesses on the map to creating a marketing strategy for a two-billion-dollar company and running campaigns for programs at Fortune 500 companies.

Patrick is a graduate of Georgia Tech in Atlanta, GA with a Bachelor of Science in Management, with coursework focused in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. He completed additional coursework with UCLA Extension and Worcester College at the University of Oxford, United Kingdom.

He loves delivering amazing experiences, staying fit, making a difference in the lives of others and creating adventures with his wife and their two sports-loving boys.
