Optimizing Community Impact
When real estate professionals like you partner with DLP Capital, you're not just securing financing; you're joining with us to invest in the future of American communities. Our goal is to help you amplify your positive impact on the lives of others. To do that, we provide much more than capital.
About Building Thriving Communities Awards
Building Thriving Communities Awards (BTCA) is an annual event founded by DLP Capital with a mission to celebrate the sponsors, builders and operators making the greatest impact on the affordable workforce housing industry. By identifying and bringing together standout performers in key categories and sharing their insights, innovative tools and processes, we aim to inspire and empower the industry at large.
By working together, we believe we can amplify the impact on your bottom line and the number of working families that have access to quality, affordable housing.
