Investor Relations Manager

The Investor Relations Manager will lead sales efforts to drive new Capital Investments from prospects and existing Investors, develop relationships with COI's and RIA's/Family Office contacts, manage and service existing Investors while gathering additional Capital, referrals, event attendance, and consistently deliver uncompromising service to investors while modeling DLP's Core Values.

What you have already achieved: (Requirements)

  • Proven, consistent performance in financial services/Wealth Management/Private Banking, working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth investors and their advisors via deep  investor relationships
  • Real estate investment experience a plus
  • Experience in delivering WOW to clients
  • Experience in working with IRA custodians / broker-dealers a plus
  • Account management experience
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and consistent track record of performance based on results-driven activity
  • Strong servant-leadership qualities
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and internal team members
  • Proven ability to create and implement innovative solutions
  • Assist with leading investor event attendance and conversion to face to face follow up meetings

What you are great at: (Responsibilities)

  • Consistently following up and following through.
  • Initiate Focused Daily New Prospect Calls.
  • Initiate Daily existing Investor calls.
  • Presenting 1 on 1 and in groups and winning new clients.
  • Hold Face to Face 1 on 1 Investor Prospect Meetings.
  • Handle incoming prospect inquiries and schedule appointments as necessary with additional team members.
  • Deliver uncompromising WOW investor experiences.
  • Hold Quarterly Investor Review Meetings.
  • Aggressively listening and engaging in productive conversations.
  • Using unmatched telephone communication skills to convert leads.
  • Leading in investor relations and building referral networks.
  • Gather referrals from current Investors and DLP Team Members.
  • Provide referrals to other DLP lines of business through exceptional relationship-building.
  • Develop a reputation with investors for responsiveness, service, and positive outcomes.
  • Gather Raving 5-star Reviews and testimonials from Investors.
  • Representing your organization as a cultural leader who consistently executes on your key metrics.
  • Identify and add at least 10 new opportunities per week.
  • Utilizing CRM and company tools/technology to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of sales and service efforts (Juniper Square, Investor Status Tracker, etc.).
  • Maximize DLP Informational and other Events.
  • Collect all required information for new investments and additions.
  • Achieve 100% of Professional and Personal Rocks.
  • Create and record trainings and content for DLP Capital internal purposes and external marketing campaigns.
  • Attend Company Trainings and Industry Events as applicable.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge and expertise in DLP Funds and industry/market overall.
  • Live and Model DLP’s Core Values.
  • Active participation in all applicable company meetings.
