The Content Marketing Copywriter will create compelling short-form copy for target audiences to achieve DLP Capital's business goals. The ideal candidate will be an expert at tailoring messaging to the audience (including financial advisors, prospective accredited investors, and current investors) while maintaining brand standards and consistency. This role will own the execution of email marketing, including event promotions and campaigns, with support from the Director of Content on ideation. This role will also own content creation and management of all company presentations, including those used for webinars, due diligence purposes, investor alignment presentations, and more. The Content Marketing Copywriter will report to the Director of Content and work closely with other marketing team members. The role will be expected to create other short-form copy as requested, including ads, sales sheets, and other promotional materials.
What you have already achieved: (Requirements)
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on email copy and marketing content. Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and tools within HubSpot. Ability to analyze email campaign performance and optimize for better results.
- Familiarity with mondaycom and digital marketing tools. Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Google Slides)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience with email marketing, including copywriting, analytics, and campaign optimization.
What you are great at: (Responsibilities)
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns targeting various audience segments. Write engaging and persuasive email copy that drives conversions and engagement. Monitor and analyze email campaign performance and make data-driven optimization.
- Create content for and manage a library of presentation decks.
- Develop content for marketing collateral, including ads, brochures, and other promotional materials. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the Marketing & Financial Content Writer to ensure consistency and cohesiveness in content. Collaborate with the marketing team and cross-functional teams to align email and content marketing efforts with overall business goals. Provide content support for the CEO and senior leadership as needed for presentations and events.
- Lead content development for digital marketing campaigns including display ads, search ads, video ads, campaign landing pages, product pages, and social media posts etc.
- Ensure content is delivered on schedule for all projects and campaigns. Maintain high standards for content accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
- Gather and apply feedback from stakeholders to improve future content.
- Serve as brand steward of DLP Capital content across teams, ensuring a consistent voice, tone, and style across materials and outlets
- Report to the Director of Content on email and content marketing strategies and performance. Use analytics tools to track and report on the effectiveness of email campaigns and content initiatives. Continuously improve content based on feedback and performance data.
