Eric is a former interrogator for the Defense Intelligence Agency. Who has conducted over 2700 interrogations in which he developed techniques to elicit information from non-transparent individuals. By way of those techniques, he was able to assist in locating 15 High-Value Targets (HVT), the most notable being Saddam Hussein in 2003. He has had repeated success in the civilian world, applying what he developed as an interrogator for business negotiations, personality profiling for sports teams, and personal negotiations for individuals alike. He assists in areas from teaching how to interview and ask questions to analyze information and negotiating the best deal.
