His career began in public service as a firefighter—serving others—an approach that continues to shape his leadership today, striving to leave every person, situation, and organization better than he found it.

At DLP Capital, Eli serves as President of Relationships & Organizations, where he leads initiatives designed to strengthen culture, deepen relationships, and elevate impact. He plays a key role in advancing DLP’s Extraordinary Organization and Extraordinary Living movements, working closely with team members, business owners, investors, and partners to foster alignment and long-term value creation.

Eli brings experience across real estate development, sales, and team building, with a track record of helping organizations grow while staying grounded in their core values. Outside of work, Eli is a dedicated husband and father who prioritizes faith, family, and helping others live with purpose and intention.
