This is a newly issued note series available beginning January 1, 2026, designed to provide investors with priority credit exposure to DLP-managed assets, subordinated only to the Fund’s credit facilities. With pari passu positioning alongside other Noteholders, the Series A Note offering is structured to deliver fixed, predictable income with monthly or compounded interest at the Noteholder’s election.
