The DLP Lending Fund Series A Note offering offers Noteholders an opportunity to participate as a lender to the DLP Lending Fund. An investment in the Notes will allow Noteholders to participate in the DLP Lending Fund proceeds. DLP Lending Fund originates and makes loans on real estate through first mortgages, while the Fund may opportunistically invest in second mortgages and any action incidental and conducive to the furtherance of the Fund’s purpose. Primarily attainable workforce housing assets.
Noteholders will be lenders to the Fund on a pari passu basis and Noteholders will have a blanket secured interest in the Fund, subject and subordinate to the Fund’s Credit Facilities.
