Prior to DLP, Garret was President of Construction at Middleburg Communities where he led the creation of their in-house construction from inception to full operation. He has also held various roles from Senior Vice President of East Division at Wood Partners to the management of all multifamily construction at Mid-America Apartment Communities. He currently holds his general contractor licenses in multiple states and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University.
