Holly Morrow

As Managing Director of People Operations, she leads our People Operations team in shaping HR services supportive of DLP’s strategic initiatives frame worked by our core values. This includes designing and implementing People programs and developing key processes that support our growth and long-term success.

Prior to DLP, Holly provided full-spectrum HR Service for high-growth teams in the private sector. Holly has over 20 years of experience leading multiple HR disciplines and executing strategy for complex business structures. Most of her career has been focused on HR shared service delivery, total rewards, HR project management, and systems management with a heavy focus on compliance and risk mitigation.
