Jason Schwartz

Chief Risk Officer

Jason Schwartz is the Chief Risk Officer of DLP Capital and simultaneously serves as Chief Credit Officer for DLP Bank - a north Florida commercial bank. Jason brings to these institutions more than 20 years of experience in banking and commercial lending - including nearly 20 years with CapitalSource, which later merged into Pacific Western Bank. His experience spans an array of loan products with a focus on construction; multifamily and other residential real estate; and lender finance. Jason received an Accounting degree from Towson University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Loyola University Maryland.
