Jereme Geller

Jereme brings a diverse legal background spanning nearly 15 years of experience in complex real estate transactions, construction and development, operations, commercial finance, and land use matters. A native of Brookline, Massachusetts, he earned his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston and began his career at a boutique zoning and land use firm on Long Island, New York. He went on to join Shutts & Bowen LLP in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, before transitioning to in-house roles—first with national real estate investment and development firm Waypoint Residential, serving as in-house counsel, and later with nationwide real estate investment firm Stoneweg US, where he advanced from in-house counsel to General Counsel and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he met his wife, Jennifer.

As Divisional General Counsel at DLP Capital, Jereme leads legal transactions and litigation across the Equity/Ownership/Sponsorship, Construction & Development, Asset Management, and Property Management business units. He partners closely with leadership to analyze risk, support growth initiatives, and deliver efficient, business-focused legal solutions.
