Senior Director Of Accounting

Jessica serves as the Senior Director of Accounting at DLP Capital, where she oversees all accounting functions, technical accounting, and financial reporting across the firm’s real estate investment platform. Since joining DLP in 2022, she has driven key initiatives to strengthen financial controls, elevate reporting quality, and implement scalable accounting infrastructure that supports DLP’s long-term growth. Her cross-department impact earned her DLP’s Team Player of the Year award in 2023, and she was promoted to Senior Director in 2025.

With more than a decade of experience in public accounting, Jessica specializes in real estate, asset management, and complex partnership structures. During her tenure at a Big Four accounting firm, she served as the Southeast Business Unit Lead Implementor for their leading-edge asset management platforms, helping drive technology adoption and operational efficiency across the region. Prior to joining DLP Capital, she held progressive leadership roles advising real estate funds and investors on tax-efficient structures, Subchapter K technical matters, compliance, and valuation—expertise that has strengthened rigor and transparency across fund operations.

Jessica holds both a Master and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern Illinois University and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs. Outside of work, she is a proud dog mom to golden retrievers.
