Joanna Cocchimiglio

Senior Director of Investor Accounting & Controls

Joanna Cocchimiglio is the Senior Director of Investor Accounting and Controls, where she leads the team responsible for ensuring accurate, transparent, and timely financial reporting for DLP’s investors. She began her accounting career in 2010, starting in Accounts Payable and steadily advancing through increasingly complex roles that strengthened her command of operational accounting and controls. After joining DLP in 2017, Joanna took on leadership of Investor Accounting and has guided the function through significant growth, improving processes and strengthening oversight.

Joanna holds an Associate Degree in Accounting, a dual-major Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Human Resource Management, and a Master of Business Administration. She shares her home with two beloved dogs—a Long Coat German Shepherd and an English Cream Golden Retriever—who keep her busy and bring joy to her daily life.
