Joseph Rowell
Joseph Rowell has operated in the financial services industry for nearly 30 years, with roots in financial planning, investment operations, organizational development, strategic planning, commercial lending, and executive leadership.
Before joining DLP Capital as Chief of Staff, he served as CEO at North Avenue Capital, a nationwide commercial lender that was acquired by a Texas-based bank in 2021. Under his leadership, NAC grew to be the largest USDA Business & Industry lender in the U.S. ahead of the acquisition.
Joseph recently transitioned to be Managing Director, supporting DLP’s largest investors and strategic partners.
His career has spanned operational roles at Ronald Blue & Co., now Blue Trust, and other investment firms in Atlanta, GA. Joseph played a central role in the IPO of a $5B real estate investment trust and led Investor Relations for nearly 10 years.
Joseph is a graduate of Georgia State University, holding both a BBA in Finance and an MBA.
