Josh Fuller

Senior Director of Portfolio Management & Special Assets

Josh was born in Miami, FL, and grew up in Surfside, FL, a town north of Miami Beach. He graduated from The American University in Washington, DC, in 2001, and received his JD/MBA from Stetson University in 2004. Josh is a licensed attorney, but doesn't practice. For the past 20 years, he has worked in commercial real estate in various capacities, including lending, acquisitions/ dispositions, asset management, loan servicing, and property/loan workouts.

Last year, Josh remarried and he and his wife, Mandy, recently celebrated their first anniversary. Between them, they have four children: his daughter Chloe (14), son Asher (12), and her two children, son Riley (21) and daughter Abbey (20). They also have two mini Aussiedoodles, Ezekiel "Zeke" (2) and Wednesday "Winnie" (1). Before moving to St. Augustine, they lived in the mountains of Franklin, NC, where Josh asset-managed a portfolio of 5-star, age-restricted (55+) mobile home park resorts in Florida. Josh enjoys traveling, surfing, fishing, boating, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
