Josh Fuller

Born and raised in Surfside, Florida, Josh earned his B.A. in Justice from The American University in Washington, D.C., followed by a J.D./M.B.A. from Stetson University.

With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Josh has held senior roles at MHM Communities, Pensam Capital, Situs, American Real Estate Capital, Credit Suisse, and Nomura. His career spans every facet of the industry, including origination, acquisitions, dispositions, loan servicing, asset management, and complex property and loan workouts. He has lived and worked in major markets, including Miami, Washington, D.C., and New York City.

Before relocating to St. Augustine in 2024, Josh oversaw and asset-managed a multibillion-dollar portfolio of 5-star, age-restricted (55+) mobile home park resorts across the United States. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, fishing, boating, reading, and spending time with his wife, Mandy, their four children, granddaughter, and two dogs. He’s also on a personal mission to visit all 50 U.S. states, with only Hawaii and Montana remaining to be visited.
