Matt is a strategically focused banking executive with more than 30 years of experience evaluating and leading credit decisions across commercial, consumer, and residential lending platforms. He currently serves as DLP Capital’s Managing Director of Credit and Risk. Throughout his career, he has overseen transactions ranging from small-ticket loans to multi-billion-dollar syndicated facilities across the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the United Kingdom.

Matt has a proven track record of leadership, guiding cross-functional teams of relationship management, credit, and operations professionals while scaling and responsibly winding down business segments. His disciplined approach has consistently maintained strong portfolio performance while meeting or exceeding targeted returns.

He also brings extensive experience in buy, sell, and hold investment analysis across consumer, residential, small business, commercial real estate, and cash-flow lending portfolios throughout the United States. His background includes conducting due diligence for third-party consulting engagements, direct investments, and warehouse facilities secured by underlying loan assets, as well as leading the negotiation and integration of acquired portfolios and lending platforms.
