Ryan's real estate journey is multi-faceted, spanning across Investments & Portfolio Management for private equity firms focused on developing, acquiring, and managing institutional multifamily assets. He oversaw a portfolio of 25,000 units across 80 properties valued at $7 billion, and supported $2 billion of transactions in primary, secondary, and tertiary markets across the country.

Ryan has a B.S. in Business Management from Rhode Island College and an M.B.A in Finance from Johnson and Wales University. Ryan also volunteered for five years as a Business Advisor for a non-profit agency focused on social and economic development through impact investing in underserved communities.

As a Senior Director of Portfolio Management & Investments at DLP Capital, Ryan will contribute to the organization's purpose and mission through portfolio management, optimization, and data-driven execution with a core focus on maximizing the portfolio's value through operational efficiency.
