Tammy Godby brings more than 25 years of executive experience in talent strategy, organizational development, leadership development, and culture transformation to DLP Capital. Throughout her career, she has partnered with executive teams across a range of industries including nonprofit organizations, higher education, consulting, public media, global business process outsourcing, and financial services to align people strategies with business objectives, strengthen leadership capabilities, navigate change, and build high-performing organizations. As Managing Director of Talent and Development at DLP, Tammy focuses on developing people and leaders while fostering a culture of high accountability, genuine care, and continuous growth.

Tammy holds a master’s degree in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change, along with certifications in mental health first aid guide instruction and inclusive leadership. She is passionate about developing people and believes that investing in them is essential to building both resilient organizations and sustainable performance. Beyond her professional work, Tammy is a proud wife, mother, and nana whose faith, family, and commitment to serving others continuously shape her leadership philosophy.
