Deputy CFO of Real Estate Development & Operations
Serving DLP Capital as Deputy CFO, Real Estate Development & Operations, Todd Compagno oversees real estate and development accounting and operations. Todd is a senior finance and operations executive with over 25 years of experience in real estate investment, development, and operations. His expertise spans fund accounting, acquisitions and dispositions, property management, and ground-up development across multifamily, workforce housing, affordable housing, office, retail, and industrial assets.
Prior to joining DLP Capital, Todd spent 10 years at Bridge Investment Group, helping scale the firm from $4 billion to nearly $50 billion in assets under management. He advanced from Controller to Director of Fund Financial Reporting, then to Managing Director of Finance and Operations—overseeing Opportunity Zone and six other development funds with over $10 billion in budgeted costs—before serving as Chief Financial Officer of Real Estate and Property Finance Operations.
He holds a BS in Economics and a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Utah and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Utah.
