(Bethlehem, PA – June 10, 2021) – On June 24, 2021, DLP Real Estate Capital, a private real estate investment firm, will celebrate the opening of its first ground-up multifamily community, DREAM Lehigh Valley, with a celebration and ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by its Real Estate Management division.
The event, taking place at 100 Dream Drive, (GPS 197 East West Street) in Wind Gap, PA, will be held from 2 to 7 pm at the community’s newly built clubhouse. The official ribbon-cutting by the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce will begin at 5:30 pm. DLP’s Founder and CEO Don Wenner, Justin Huratiak, President of Huratiak Homes, LLC who partnered with DLP on this project, and invited dignitaries will offer remarks.
