The transformation of a massive office building into a luxury living space in downtown Allentown is nearly finished.
Zachary Liptak, construction project manager for DLP Capital, says renovations at The Hamilton at Grand Plaza will be “99%” complete by the end of the month. DLP purchased the eight-story, 254,782 square foot building at 835 Hamilton Street in December of 2021 for $15.3 million. The process of converting floors two through six into housing began in March of 2023.
