DLP Capital Finances Corner Lot Development Group for Jacksonville Townhome Development

DLP Capital is excited to announce a $2.4 million loan to Corner Lot Development Group for the horizontal development of 32 townhome lots in Jacksonville, FL. This initiative will expand the number of high-quality and attainable housing options available in the fast-growing metro area.

Project Highlights

Corner Lot Development Group’s project, to be developed in partnership with Breeze Homes, will involve the horizontal development of a 9.35-acre vacant parcel within the Jacksonville metro area in Duval County, Florida. The property is zoned as a Planned Unit Development (PUD), with approximately 4.35 acres designated as developable land. The site will be subdivided into 32 townhome lots for a planned residential community.

Each townhome will feature 1,482 square feet of living space and an attached garage. Exterior units will have three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and one half bathroom, while interior units will feature two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and one half bathroom.
