On July 9th, DLP Capital returned to Bethlehem, PA, to celebrate 20 years of building Thriving Communities through an afternoon Investment Tour highlighting DLP’s mission in action and an evening celebration recognizing the people and purpose that have shaped our journey.
Throughout the afternoon, tour attendees got a firsthand look at several key communities and developments across the Lehigh Valley. Stops included DLP’s Bethlehem headquarters, Dream Boyd Theatre, Dream Lehigh Valley, and City View Apartments, each reflecting the continued transformation taking place locally through DLP’s sponsored private real estate investment funds.
Along the way, current and prospective investors connected with DLP leaders and team members, gaining deeper insight into the operational expertise behind DLP’s integrated approach to real estate investing and the strategies helping to create high-quality, attainable housing solutions nationwide.
The day concluded at the iconic ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks, where investors, partners, and team members gathered to celebrate the people, purpose, and vision that have shaped DLP’s growth from 2006 to 2026. The evening served as a meaningful opportunity to celebrate how far we’ve come, and the extraordinary impact we’re prepared to make in the years ahead.
