Cleo McDougald

Senior Director of Credit Structuring

Cleo brings over 25 years of comprehensive experience in commercial real estate. Throughout her career, she has held various roles spanning processing, closing, underwriting, portfolio management, sales and relationship management including senior management roles. Cleo's expertise encompasses a diverse range of financing vehicles, including CMBS, agency, and balance sheet loans. She has overseen the management of multibillion-dollar CRE and multifamily portfolios.

Notably, Cleo has served as Head of Credit and Underwriting at JP Morgan, where she managed a $60B portfolio with annual origination volume of $8-10 billion. Following this, she transitioned to a smaller firm as the Head of the Multifamily Division, successfully growing the portfolio by 50%. Most recently, prior to joining DLP, Cleo served as Regional Head of Credit, further demonstrating her leadership and industry acumen.
