Meredith wears many hats – CEO, crisis management expert, entrepreneur, venture capital and hedge fund investor, and philanthropist. Combining nearly two decades of asset management experience with work in hospice led her to understand that leaders and businesses in crisis need both technical expertise as well as support for their well-being. Her work as a humanist hospice chaplain, with an MA in Spiritual Care and hundreds of hours of clinical training in grief, trauma, and loss in secular settings, means she offers a unique perspective on the human aspects of workplace crisis.

Michael A. Cole is an industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience building successful wealth management firms. In addition, he has worked with almost 1000 families personally in helping them navigate successfully through the strategic and tactical issues of managing multi-generational wealth. Currently, Michael serves a Managing Partner for R360 which is an innovative by invitation only membership group of strategic wealth creators and their families.

Prior to co-founding R360, Michael retired as the CEO of Cresset Asset Management, an SEC Registered Investment Advisor.   • If your application is approved, you’ll receive an email inviting you to complete your registration. To secure your place, we require a refundable $250 deposit per family. This amount will be returned to you within seven days of checking into the event or if you provide a 30-day notice of cancellation.

  • If not approved, you will receive a subsequent email notification.
