Don Wenner

DLP Capital

Don Wenner is the Founder and CEO of DLP Capital, a private real estate investment firm focused on building thriving communities. The firm’s core focus is on investing in, developing, and financing attainable housing for America’s workforces, including multifamily and single-family rental communities, along with investments in outdoor hospitality and RV campgrounds. Wenner founded DLP Capital in 2006 and has since spearheaded its meteoric growth, with the firm ranking on the Inc. 5000 list of “Fastest Growing Private Companies in America” for 11 consecutive years—among the few companies on the list to achieve such growth consistently. The firm now has more than $5 billion of assets under management and is headquartered in St. Augustine, Florida.

David Green

Hobby Lobby

With a $600 loan and an idea to make miniature picture frames, David Green founded what is now Hobby Lobby. From its modest beginning, the company now totals over 1,000 stores. David serves as chairman of the affiliate companies, the CEO of Hobby Lobby and a merchandise buyer.

David and his wife Barbara, are the proud parents of two sons and one daughter. Mart Green, Ministry Investment Officer of Hobby Lobby; Steve Green, President of Hobby Lobby; and Darsee Lett, Vice President of Art/Creative. Son-in-law, Stan Lett, is Executive Vice President of Hobby Lobby. David and Barbara enjoy 10 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

David serves on the Board of Reference for Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In 2013, he was the honored recipient of the World Changer award and is an Ernst & Young national retail/consumer Entrepreneur of the Year Award recipient, and a lifetime member of The Entrepreneur of the Year Hall of Fame, (which is part of the Entrepreneur of the Year Academy).

Green is dedicated to a myriad of ministry projects. “We believe it is by God’s grace and provision that Hobby Lobby has endured," cites Green. "God has been faithful in the past and we trust Him for our future.”

David Green's inspirational book, Leadership Not by the Book, shares his leadership principles through unconventional business approaches and wisdom from Scripture. Giving It All Away…And Getting It Back Again presents Green's journey into generosity and challenges readers to leave a legacy that goes deeper than money. His first book, More Than a Hobby, tells the story of Hobby Lobby and shares key insights into his philosophy of retail. These books can be found online. With over 35 years of work experience in the fields of law, philanthropy, and nonprofit leadership, Bill High has been passionate about helping families and organizations create lasting impact and legacy. As the president of 7 Generation Legacy, he has worked with families to improve their relational health, structure, and training, based on biblical principles and practical tools. Previously, Bill High served as CEO of a charitable foundation where he helped empower thousands of donors to support causes that align with their values and vision. 

Bill has also been an official member of the Forbes Nonprofit Council, where he has shared insights and best practices on nonprofit management, fundraising, and innovation. He has also authored and co-authored several books on generosity, spirituality, and history, and has been recognized as one of the top 25 speakers in philanthropy. His core competencies include family legacy consulting, leadership, nonprofit organizations, and management, and he has developed multiple skills in these areas throughout his career. Bill’s mission is to inspire and equip others to live a life of generosity and purpose, and to contribute to the transformation of communities and cultures.



Lloyd Reeb

Halftime Institute

Lloyd was a successful real estate developer and owner of luxury senior housing facilities when his idea of success changed dramatically, and his life’s focus shifted to second-half significance. Together with his mentor, the late Bob Buford, Lloyd helped launch the Halftime Institute, a global team that teaches, coaches and connects successful men and women in pursuit of significance. For over 20 years, Lloyd has helped leaders make their second half their best half – he has clocked over 20,000 hours of coaching and has taken this message around the world. Lloyd is the author of From Success to Significance: When the Pursuit of Success Isn’t Enough; The Second Half: Real stories, Real adventures, Real significance; and with his wife, Linda, co-wrote the e-book, Halftime for Couples. Lloyd and Linda enjoy living near Charlotte, North Carolina. They have three adult children, all married, and three precious grandchildren.

Nick Stonestreet

Nick has more than 30 years of financial services experience and has managed a broad spectrum of wealth management businesses. Prior to joining DLP Capital, he served as CEO of Blue Trust. Prior to that, he co-founded and was CEO of Vident Financial, an investment management firm. He also served as Regional Head of Private Wealth Management for Regions Financial. Before that, he worked at Merrill Lynch in several capacities including chief executive officer of Merrill Banc Suisse and global head of international trust and wealth structuring, global co-head of private wealth services, and director of private banking. He was also the director of Private Banking in Amsterdam, NL. In addition, Nick has been chief executive officer at BCR and started his career at Sun Trust Bank. Nick earned his master’s degree in international business studies from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina.

Danny Sells

DLP Positive Returns Foundation

Danny Sells is President and Executive Director of the DLP Positive Returns Foundation, a non-profit faith-based philanthropy affiliated with DLP Capital (“Dream, Live, Prosper”). On behalf of the foundation, Danny spearheads strategic initiatives, both in the US and globally, that address housing and the finance and development of the same—especially as it relates to vulnerable populations such as the homeless and young, at-risk children. Danny brings to bear more than two decades of experience in faith-based mobilization, especially driving programs aimed at supporting families challenged to provide safe, caring environments for children. His successes include leading safe-family programs spanning 42 states as well as initiatives related to legislation that protects orphans/children in foster care. Danny also has a background rich in ministry, social work, and counseling/psychology.
