Gratitude and Courage to Chase
The holiday season has a way of bringing us back to what’s most essential. This year, I’m grateful for the gift of family gathered around the table, unhurried conversations, and the reminder that the best moments in life can't be scheduled—they happen when we create the space for them.
As part of a yearly tradition, I re-read Mark Batterson’s Chase the Lion. What struck me most this time was the reminder that opportunities often come disguised as impossible situations. What looks like a barrier to you might actually be the doorway to something extraordinary.
I am also listening to the BEMA: Discipleship Podcast. I cannot recommend it enough as a way to study scripture. Thank you, Nick Stonestreet, for turning me on to it!
Let this season be a reminder that when we lead with gratitude, we find the courage to chase what matters most.
