Jason Battestelli serves as DLP Capital’s Senior Director of People Programs and Operations, where he plays a central role in shaping the people-focused strategies that support the company’s growth. Working closely with leaders across the organization, he helps ensure that DLP’s talent, systems, and operational programs evolve in step with the business.
With more than 25 years of experience across Property Management, Human Resources, and Operations, Jason brings a broad, practical perspective to his work. His background is strengthened by an MBA in Marketing Management from Temple University, which adds a strategic lens to how he approaches people and organizational development.
Outside the office, Jason enjoys running, traveling, cheering on Philadelphia sports teams, and spending time with his wife and two children.
