As Senior Director of Transaction Management, John and his team, in tandem with legal, oversee all transactions for the firm. John’s real estate career spans over 24 years with leadership roles in portfolio management, acquisitions / transactions, and asset management.
Prior to DLP, John was a Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management at Waypoint Residential successfully managing transactions in excess of $3B. He further had roles as a Vice President of Acquisitions and National Due Diligence Manager at Wood Partners and in operations / asset management with Trammell Crow Residential. John earned a Master of Business Administration from the Jones School of Business at Texas Southern University and a Bachelors of Arts from Texas Tech University.
