Advisory Relationship Associate

The Advisory Relationship Associate (ARA) thrives on building strong relationships, proactively solving challenges, and helping advisors and investors feel confident and cared for. The ARA serves as a trusted partner for our advisory investors, guiding them through onboarding, providing ongoing support, and strengthening long-term relationships.

This role is responsible for providing an exceptional experience to all advisory partners, Family Offices, and DLP high net worth investors. 

What you have already achieved: (Requirements)

  • 1-2 years of experience in investor relations, institutional/advisory client service, private equity, fund management, or financial services
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong relationship instincts — you connect quickly and communicate with clarity
  • Proven success in a client-facing role with high expectations for service
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) and attention to detail
  • Proactive, resourceful mindset — you anticipate needs and solve problems efficiently
  • Collaborative, team-first mentality with passion for continuous improvement
  • Committed to best possible outcomes for advisors, investors, the team, and communities

What you are great at: (Responsibilities) 

Relationship Ownership & Service Excellence

    • Deliver a white-glove onboarding experience for family offices, RIAs, and institutional investors
    • Build and nurture strong relationships through proactive outreach, personalized communication, and problem-solving
    • Conduct onboarding conversations within 7 days of funding to ensure a smooth, confident experience
    • Become the go-to resource for investor questions, resolving issues with care and efficiency
    • Maintain regular touchpoints with partners to strengthen trust and collaboration

Communication & Investor Support

    • Act as an on-demand servicing and support resource / 'go-to' team member Advisory and investor relationships
    • Capture partner feedback and priorities in CRM to keep the team aligned and responsive
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely, accurate support for investors and advisors

Operational Excellence

    • Ensure all investor documentation is complete and accurate in internal systems (HubSpot, AppFolio, etc.)
    • Track and monitor investor pipelines with precision
    • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve investor experience

Team Collaboration & Impact

    • Partner with internal teams to optimize investor service and operational efficiency
    • Support high-priority initiatives and special projects that contribute to firm growth
    • Participate in company meetings, trainings, and investor events
    • Represent DLP Capital with professionalism, purpose, and integrity
