Job Description
The Investor Relations Sales Analytics Manager is responsible for ensuring all data and pipeline reports within the team's CRM are accurate and up to date. The IR Sales Analytics Manager will work closely with the Funds Team Leadership to develop and implement relevant pipeline reports for capital raising, event tracking, and activity volume, and to ensure team members know how to pull and use the reports effectively. This person will work with the Leaders to review department requirements and requests to make digesting data easier and more efficient. The IR Sales Analytics [Associate/Manager] enjoys reviewing data and pipelines to ensure the CRM system is clean and effective. This person enjoys collaboration with team members to understand problems and create innovative solutions.
What you have already achieved: (Requirements)
- Advanced Data Analysis Skills: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, including data cleansing, data transformation, and data validation. Proficiency in SQL or similar data manipulation language is a plus.
- HubSpot Expertise: Must have a deep understanding of CRM systems, with a particular emphasis on HubSpot. HubSpot certification is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical background with experience in data integration, ETL processes and workflows.
- Investor Relations Experience: Capital raising, Investor Relations, and Sales experience is a plus, particularly real estate fund related experience.
- Business Acumen: Ability to grasp complex business requirements and translate them into actionable data analysis and reporting solutions.
- Dashboard and Reporting Development: Proven track record in designing and building interactive dashboards and reports using tools like HubSpot, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
- API Integration Experience: Previous experience in integrating and working with APIs to extract and push data from/to CRM systems, especially HubSpot.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a knack for identifying data-related issues and proposing innovative solutions.
- Multitasking: Strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple data-related projects/reports and meet tight deadlines.
- Google Suite: Proficiency in using G Suite products, especially Google Sheets and Google Data Studio.

- Review and validate CRM data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness, and maintain data integrity through ongoing cleanup and validation.
- Develop templates and training materials to empower team members in utilizing the CRM effectively.
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand their data requirements and streamline data presentation.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives and marketing campaigns through the CRM.
- Lead HubSpot integration efforts in partnership with IT and Marketing teams; integration with FINTRX, Appfolio, other Funds systems.
- Create and manage playbooks and workflows in HubSpot to enhance investor interactions.
- Leverage CRM, AppFolio, and relevant company tools to record all investor interactions to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of sales, operations, and DLP leadership.
- Create content dashboards and reports based on team members and department needs.
- Create workflows in HubSpot for all interactions with investors (playbook workflows, survey workflows, document management workflows, communication workflows, etc.)
- Collaborate with IT to ensure accurate data flow from CRM to Data Warehouse for precise reporting.
- Support Fund marketing efforts by segmenting the database of investors and prospects and creating marketing/call lists and campaigns based on needs.
- Assist IT with data enhancement projects using tools such as ZoomInfo and third-party vendors.
- Data Quality Management: Expertise in maintaining data quality through data cleansing, validation, and enrichment techniques.
- HubSpot scripting and automation: Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages for automating data-related tasks and workflows.
- Statistical Analysis: Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques to derive actionable insights from data.
- Database Management: Experience working with relational databases and SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
- Technical Documentation: Ability to create comprehensive technical documentation for data processes, procedures, and workflows.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Strong Excel skills, including data modeling, pivot tables, and formula creation.
- Big Data Concepts: Familiarity with big data concepts and tools is a plus.
- Data Security: Understanding of data security best practices and compliance requirements.
