We invite you to a two-day investor tour designed to deepen relationships, showcase DLP’s latest developments, and celebrate what’s ahead. From behind-the-scenes property tours to a grand opening celebration, this event will bring together our investors, leadership, and vision, while diving into the details behind your investments.

Thursday, February 26th: Morning & Afternoon | Property & Platform Tours
The day begins at Island Oaks, where we’ll kick off our tours together before heading out to explore key DLP locations and communities. You’ll visit DLP HQ, experience the Dream World Golf, and tour multiple active developments as we share how our platform comes together in real time.

• 9:00 AM – Start at Island Oaks
• 11:00 AM – DLP HQ & Dream World Golf Tour
• 1:00 PM – Investor Lunch (location coming soon)
• 3:00 PM – Explore Johnson Commons
• 3:30 PM – Gateway JAX Downtown Tour

Evening | Investor Dinner & Celebration
We’ll return to Island Oaks for an evening of connection and celebration. Enjoy dinner with fellow investors and DLP senior leadership, featuring games, activities, and entertainment in a relaxed resort setting.

Friday, February 27th: Morning & Afternoon | Pine Royale Grand Opening
Friday centers around a milestone moment as we travel together to celebrate the official grand opening of Pine Royale. This event will highlight the vision, execution, and community impact behind one of our newest developments. This will be a celebration of all the hard work put into this project and the opening, as well as an opportunity for guests to try the activities, food, and drinks Pine Royale will offer.

• 10:30 AM – Buses depart for Pine Royale from Island Oaks
• 11:00 AM – 2:30 PM – Pine Royale Grand Opening:
  • 11:00 AM - Arrival at Pine Royale
  • 11:30 - Opening remarks from DLP Capital leadership, Pine Royale team members, and local city and chamber leaders, followed by the official ribbon cutting and press photos
  • Noon - 2:30 PM - Explore Pine Royale at your own pace with synthetic golf course tours and open play, driving range experiences, swag giveaways, and raffles throughout the afternoon. Enjoy bites and sips from the bar and grill while taking part in activities, offering a firsthand look at what Pine Royale offers today and a preview of what’s ahead.
