Juan Dominguez

President of Real Estate Management & Investments

Juan was born and raised in Madrid, Spain. He went to school at the University of Pennsylvania, class of ‘98. His entire career has been focused in acquisitions and management of real estate.

Juan spent the first 15 years of his career in Europe. He arrived back in the U.S. in 2014 at which time he started working for Waypoint Residential specializing in Multifamily and Senior housing acquisitions and management. Juan will be overseeing portfolio management, acquisitions of new investments and dispositions of existing deals.

Launching my novel Quietly in the Shade in 2011 presented by Esperanza Aguirre Governor of Madrid Autonomous Community 1
