Pamela Linden
As Chief Legal Officer at DLP Capital, Pamela oversees all legal aspects of the firm and its business units, including advising on corporate governance, risk management, transactions (including acquisitions, development and lending), capital structuring, employment and litigation matters and serves as a member of the strategy team and investment committee. Pamela also oversees the firm’s Human Resources department and Fund Operations department. Pamela has more than 23 years of experience in numerous real estate disciplines, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, securities offerings and fund development and structuring. At DLP Capital, Pamela manages a legal staff of eight professionals.
Prior to joining DLP Capital, Pamela was Chief Legal Officer, was a member of the Executive Leadership Team and served on the Investment Committee of Stoneweg US, an opportunistic nationwide real estate investment firm that through its affiliation with Stoneweg SA, a Swiss based real estate company, served as the exclusive US investment manager of Varia US Properties AG, a Swiss publicly traded multifamily real estate fund. Before that, Pamela was the General Counsel of Waypoint Residential, LLC, a national real estate investment and development firm that invested over $4.5 billion (with $1.7 billion in development projects) across more than 28,000 conventional multifamily, senior housing and student housing units located in 23 states. Pamela began her in-house career as Director and Counsel for Westbrook Partners, an international fully integrated real estate investment management company, overseeing real estate transactions. Pamela began her legal career at Greenberg Traurig, P.A. where she practiced for 13 years and was a shareholder in the real estate department.
Pamela holds a B.A. with honors and a J.D. cum laude from the University of Florida. She is a proud mother of a daughter who is attending Temple University as part of their women’s gymnastics team.
