Jim brings nearly thirty years of professional experience in the construction and real estate development industry. His experience has run the gamut throughout a multitude of asset types and classes ranging from educational and institutional facilities to mixed-use multi-family projects. He and his teams have successfully delivered projects totaling in excess of $1 billion in construction and development costs.
Jim is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction with a minor in Business Administration. He also holds professional licensure in the the state of Florida as a Certified General Contractor and an Independent All-Lines Insurance Adjuster.

Juan spent the first 15 years of his career in Europe. He arrived back in the U.S. in 2014 at which time he started working for Waypoint Residential specializing in Multifamily and Senior housing acquisitions and management. Juan will be overseeing portfolio management, acquisitions of new investments and dispositions of existing deals.

For over 28 years, I've had the joy of playing Santa alongside my father, delivering gifts to children at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta's day program for head trauma survivors. Though my father passed away several years ago, I'm honored to carry on our tradition, bringing a bit of holiday magic and warmth to these amazing kids and their families. Giving back to the community has been a meaningful part of my life and continues to inspire me each year.

On behalf of the foundation, Danny spearheads strategic initiatives, both in the US and globally, that address housing and the finance and development of the same—especially as it relates to vulnerable populations such as the homeless and young, at-risk children. Danny brings to bear more than two decades of experience in faith-based mobilization, especially driving programs aimed at supporting families challenged to provide safe, caring environments for children. His successes include leading safe-family programs spanning 42 states as well as initiatives related to legislation that protects orphans/children in foster care. Danny also has a background rich in ministry, social work, and counseling/psychology.
