DLP Capital is providing a $10.14 million loan to Trinity Development Partners for the acquisition and development of a 50-acre approved Planned Unit Development (PUD) site in Lady Lake, FL.
The project will include a diverse range of uses designed to meet the needs of both residents and businesses in the area. The development will feature high-quality modular multifamily housing, modern medical office space, retail and dining options, and a hotel.
This mixed-use community is designed to offer a seamless living experience with residential units, healthcare facilities, and commercial spaces—all integrated into one accessible location. The development is also strategically positioned near key infrastructure projects aimed at improving access to multifamily development in the area.
Lady Lake Development Features
The project will include:
Multifamily Units: A mix of 483 high-quality modular units that will offer attainable and modern living spaces for residents.
Medical & Office Space: 40,000 square feet of flexible space for medical offices, which will provide healthcare services to meet growing local demand.
Retail & Dining: A diverse range of retail and restaurant spaces to support community needs and enhance the area’s appeal.
Hotel: A hotel designed to accommodate visitors and address the hospitality needs of the region.
Parking: Ample parking, including 95 spaces for tenants and 8 accessible parking spots, to ensure ease of access for all.
